Vary healthy with yellow, green and red vegetables. Green vegetables differ from yellow of red ones. Not only in colour, but also in composition. Healthy food is varied food. Also when it comes to colour. Be smart. Combine to your heart’s content, eat consciously and choose the various colours. For instance: a red cherry tomato with a yellow paprika. Or take a green cucumber with your paprika. Or play it safe and take them all, from Tommies ofcourse!
